Lynn’s qualification’s as a home inspector include over 35 years in residential building construction as a licensed plumbing contractor, general contractor and property developer. Becoming involved in the home inspection trade was a logical progression.
Over the years, Lynn has developed a good sense for the components necessary for a building’s long-term life expectancy. Lynn is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, known as InterNACHI.
