Home Inspection Authorization
Once communications begin with you and NorWest Home Inspections and we have all the information we need to inspect your home, we will send you a copy of our Home Inspection Authorization Contract for you to sign and return to us prior to the inspection. This can be done either by email, fax or in person, (and must be complete, before the inspection begins). All home inspections require a written pre-inspection contract, signed by the home inspector and the client. [812-008-0202(2)(a)]. The inspector will not proceed with the inspection without a signed contract.
